I\u2019ve been working as a course instructor, lecturer, and personal trainer in the fields of fitness, rehabilitation, and prevention for more than 33 years, and even in my free time, I\u2019m an active person through and through. Ever since I discovered the Spiraldynamik\u00ae movement concept 20 years ago, my enthusiasm for it has not waned. In fact, today more than ever, it is my desire to share this enthusiasm. To show others\u2014my participants and clients\u2014that, regardless of age, gender, or prior experience, we all have the potential for growth and change within us. That the body\u2014the musculoskeletal system\u2014is malleable and can be reshaped, and can thus once again become an integral part of our existence here on Earth\u2014provided we choose to follow this path. <\/p>\n
