Individual coaching
Individual coaching is the most personal and intensive form of dealing with your body, its resources and your individual personality. My concern is to show you the inherent potential in your body and to show you a way how you – starting from the current physical ACTUAL state, your current life situation AND your BEING as a human being – not only get back in touch with your body, but reach a high degree of clarity in the body and a high degree of movement quality. And thus a gain in the joy of movement and quality of life.

Procedure
Often my potential clients or interested people contact me first by mail and I have a first impression of what they want and whether I am the “right” person to support them in their request. Or they call me right away and seek direct contact. Be that as it may, I would like to find out in an initial telephone call for both sides whether the request and my skills/competencies fit together AND whether it is also possible to come together in terms of time. If that’s the case, we’ll make a first appointment 😀.
Initial coaching procedure (90 min)
- Initial interview to reconcile information from our phone call and evaluate missing information
- Analysis: here in the statics and the dynamics (gait analysis) via photos and videos.
- Evaluation: I show you what I see and which strategic and methodical steps are necessary or possible from my point of view.
- Bodywork: we start with the first exercises so that you get a clear feeling for the way I work and the spiraldynamic approach
- Finally, we will discuss how to proceed and make the next appointments if you find that this form of bodywork is suitable for you and – not unimportantly – the chemistry between us is right.
And what happens next?
Depending on your goals and time possibilities we will arrange the next appointments. This can range from 1-2 times a week to longer intervals of up to 4 weeks. After each session, I will compile any new exercises for you and make them available as a pdf file. This allows you to practice in your and integrate into your everyday life. Need more support? New impulses
The concept of Spiraldynamik® enables insight into the inherent potential of the body, which we carry within us throughout life. Contrary to what you may have heard from doctors – that the current condition cannot be changed and that you will have to live with it – every body, including the human body, is a plastic being. And is malleable, changeable – depending on the quality of the movement, the quality of the input. In this respect, I would like to invite you to trust your body and the potential that lies within it, and to enter into contact with it with renewed enthusiasm.
Individuality and intensity
Even if it is about a basic physical alignment and coordination in movement that applies to everyone in the same way, your individual situation stands – whether with or without complaints – in the foreground. Who are you as a person and what background do you bring with you? Which movement habits are peculiar to you? Which sports are close to your heart? Or would you like to integrate more movement into your life? What do you want? Then I can also create the right level of intensity in the joint work.
Intimacy and trust
To be able to really support you with all my experience, skills and competences, I need a lot of information, of course. Only then can I really support YOU with what you bring, need and want. This results in an intimacy that can be lived in a relaxed way when there is trust and security on your side. I work from the heart and handle what you share with sensitivity, compassion and respect.
Progress and development
“A path is created when you walk it.” (Confucius) And you may go this way and I support you with all my heart. But it takes your commitment to your body, your life. I support you with my high professional competence and work out the “right” exercises together with you. Correct means here: You perceive your body specifically and can implement the required movement qualities and intensities. This makes the desired further development possible and brings you closer to your goals.
