“In April 2018, I started having severe pain in my right forefoot. After consulting several orthopedists (including podiatrists) whose treatment approaches ranged from complete immobilization, to various orthotics, taping, cortisone injections, shock wave therapy, to surgery, I looked into alternative medicine. But also osteopathy, acupuncture & Co. did not bring the desired success. It wasn’t until I came across Spiraldynamik® and thus Andrea Ott’s courses that something finally seemed to change. The pain is not completely gone even after three years. What I did manage to do, however, with Andrea’s help, was to develop a feeling at my feet. And especially in relation to the rest of the body (especially the pelvis and shoulder). A form of movement intelligence that I had not known before. From the initial 500 m that I was able to walk in the summer of 2018, I am now again able to do hikes up to 20 km without my feet hurting more than with normal exertion. For that, I am immensely grateful to Andrea and her formative teaching!”

She picked me up from where I was (condition after surgery on my hand, massive shoulder problems) and accompanied me in gradually bringing my body back into balance (ability to bear weight and above all my posture). When I got pregnant and couldn’t do all the classes and exercises at the gym from the 7th month, I booked private lessons with Andrea. She gave me two to three workouts a week from then until the day I gave birth (even on the day I gave birth). The focus was on strengthening the back and pelvic floor muscles, but also strengthening for arms and legs. Thanks to Andrea, I got such a good and effective workout that I was able to start back training just three weeks after the birth, which was also great. Now after six weeks I can already go to the gym regularly again – without worrying that it could harm me. My back and pelvic floor are fit. I can therefore really recommend her without reservation.
