“I already knew Andrea as a great and very professional trainer from the classes at my gym, which I always enjoyed attending. When I got pregnant and couldn’t do all the classes and exercises at the gym from the 7th month, I booked private lessons with Andrea. She gave me two to three workouts a week from then until the day I gave birth (even on the day I gave birth). The focus was on strengthening the back and pelvic floor muscles, but also strengthening for arms and legs. Thanks to Andrea, I got such a good and effective workout that I was able to start back training just three weeks after the birth, which was also great.
